Basic Fee Schedule

Management Fee

• The management fee is 10% of the gross monthly rent. 
• Each time the Property is leased to a new tenant, the Owner will pay Broker a marketing fee of $250.00.

Cash Reserves (Owners Maintenance Account)

• $300.00 per property
• Management will use this money for expenses related to the property. The owner will be notified if a repair exceeds $300.00

Monthly Proceeds and Statements

• Monthly Proceeds will be completed by the 10th of each month unless the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, then it is the next business day.
• Monthly Statements are uploaded to the owner portals by the 15th of each month.
