Leasing:

• Taking the application prepared by the tenant prospect
• Screening the tenants(s)
• Completing the lease agreement with all notices required by law
• Collecting all security deposits

• Complete detailed move-in and mid-lease survey

• Past due notices when warranted
• Eviction proceedings as necessary
• Scheduled and random property surveys
• Move-Out survey with tenant
